Job summary

You will prospect, call on potential clients, and work from a U.S. Bank location five days a week, with occasional driving required to meet clients and partners.

The role emphasizes strong communication, product knowledge, and collaboration with branch teammates and business banking partners to deepen client relationships and grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in line with U.S. Bank Core Values
• Offer comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenue between $500K and $2.5M
• Develop new relationships through business development activities and routine calling
• Drive outside prospecting and sales activities to grow revenue and achieve targets
• Refer clients to Business Banking and other U.S. Bank areas as needed
