Job summary

Relation Insurance Services is seeking a Client Service Specialist for the Small Business Unit to manage administrative tasks for small commercial accounts, including endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and records maintenance. This role supports client requests and back-end service while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Responsibilities include processing endorsements and renewals, rating policies in carrier websites, issuing certificates of insurance, and tracking payments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Property and Casualty License required within 90 days of hire.
• AINS/CISR designations are a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; location dependent.
• 1+ year experience in Customer Service preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance markets, products, services and underwriting helpful.

Responsibilities

• Process policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure timely handling of client requests and policy updates.
• Support account management and back-end servicing to enhance client experience.
• Enter and rate policies in carrier systems and issue certificates of insurance.
• Monitor payment status to prevent cancellations and notify managers of at-risk accounts.
• Adopt AI tools and technology to improve service delivery.
