Relation Insurance is seeking a Senior Client Service Specialist in the Small Business Unit to manage senior-level administrative tasks for personal line policies and renewals. You will maintain client files, build relationships with producers, and ensure policy servicing aligns with retention goals.

You will also handle endorsements, renewals, and invoicing, while using company systems to track payments and claims, and adopting proprietary AI tools to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate in Insurance (AINS) and/or CISR preferred.
• Experience in customer service within the insurance industry.

Responsabilités

• Assists with the daily maintenance of customer files.
• Develops professional business relationships with producers, account managers and clients.
• Maintains knowledge of Personal Line products and services.
• Responds to client requests to support retention goals.
• Enters endorsements, bills endorsements, and sends to clients.
• Follows up on new business submissions and renewals.
• Processes policy listings, renewals, and audits as needed.
• Adopts innovative technology, including AI solutions, to improve service.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
