Relation Insurance Services of North Carolina, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Specialist for the Small Business Unit to handle administrative tasks related to account management and policy servicing for small commercial accounts. Duties include endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and maintaining accurate records.

The role focuses on timely and accurate handling of client requests, policy updates, and back-end service work to support client experience and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Process renewal policies, endorsements, and rate policies in agency systems.
• Handle endorsements, verify accuracy, bill endorsements, and send to clients.
• Follow up on new business submissions with carriers.
• Enter and rate policies on carrier websites and issue standard certificates.
• Monitor payment status to prevent cancellations and notify Account Manager if risk of non-payment.
• Track claims and update the agency management system with activity and closures.
• Audit accuracy checks and send audit review letters to clients.
• Order MVRs and loss runs as directed.
• Review and process mail; provide backup for calls and walk-ins.
• Adopt proprietary AI solutions to improve client service.
• Perform other projects and tasks as assigned.
