Relation Insurance Services Select, Inc. is seeking a Senior Client Service Specialist in Salem, NH to manage senior-level administrative tasks for small business personal accounts.

You will respond promptly to client requests and maintain a professional company image in interactions with carriers, clients, producers, and staff. The role emphasizes knowledge of Personal Line products, client relationship building, and assisting with renewals and policy servicing to support retention and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; four-year degree preferred.
• Property & Casualty license from state of domicile required and must be maintained.
• AINS and/or CISR designation preferred; bilingual ability a plus depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Maintains daily customer files and related administrative tasks.
• Develops professional relationships with producers, account managers and clients.
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of Personal Line products and services.
• Assist in renewals and client problem resolution to support retention.
• Enter endorsements, rate policies, and liaise with carriers on new business submissions.
