Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager for its Small Business Unit to manage client relationships, advise on coverage and risk management, and align insurance programs with growth goals.

You will serve as the main client contact, develop tailored plans, and oversee renewals, proposals, and binders. A bilingual Spanish/English capability is a plus in some locations, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed as Property and Casualty in domicile state and maintained.
• Four-year degree preferred and strong written/verbal communications.
• Minimum 5 years of account management experience in commercial lines.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for clients; advise on coverage changes and policy exclusions.
• Develop tailored insurance plans and risk management strategies.
• Act as field underwriter and bind coverage with carriers.
• Manage renewals and client proposals; provide quotations and billing options.
• Prepare binders, certificates, policies and endorsements; support claims processing.
