Bank of America is hiring for a Business Banking role focused on growing and deepening relationships with high-value small business clients in the Chicago area. You will open core business accounts, analyze financial statements, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to deliver tailored financial solutions.

The position emphasizes proactive prospecting, relationship development, and a commitment to regulatory and risk standards while supporting client profitability and service excellence.

Formación

• Has proven success in consultative sales in financial services and/or business-to-business sales.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret financial statements and drive profitability for business banking clients.
• Outside sales mindset with comfort prospecting and building new relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Manages end-to-end client journey to deliver on client needs and drive sales opportunities while mitigating risk.
• Identifies and refers specialized small business opportunities to clients and conducts relationship reviews.
• Delivers a branded customer experience within aligned sales portfolios and spends significant time in the field.
• Forges relationships with partners across Merchant, Treasury, Business Banking to grow small business opportunities.
• Leverages knowledge of credit to advise clients on solutions and digital capabilities to meet goals.
• Supports execution of sales delivery model to achieve growth of Small Business segment.
• Coaches and provides feedback to associates and clients while upholding client-centric culture.
