Mountain West Bank in Coeur d'Alene is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Specialist to partner with our Business Banking and Treasury Management teams. The role supports new client acquisition, onboarding, implementation, and ongoing relationship management, providing expertise with depository, payment solutions, and treasury management products to expand client relationships.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or related business development.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Ability to multi-task and handle complex tasks efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Support new client acquisition, onboarding, implementation, and ongoing relationship mgmt. returns.
Provide subject matter expertise with depository, payment solutions, and treasury management products.
Cross-sell products and services offered by the Bank, including treasury management.
Onboard business banking clients and ensure exceptional service during sales and product onboarding.
Work with treasury support on treasury services implementation and documents.
