Mountain West Bank seeks a Business Banking Relationship Specialist to partner with our Business Banking and Treasury Management teams in support of new client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing relationship management for commercial clients.

This role provides subject matter expertise with depository, payment solutions, and treasury management products and seeks opportunities to expand existing and new customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or related business development experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Ability to multi-task and handle complex tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Onboard business banking clients and ensure exceptional service during sales and onboarding functions.
• Assist with opening depository accounts and initial setup of business banking products.
• Implement treasury services and assist with documentation.
• Prepare treasury management proposals, pricing analyses, and product recommendations.
• Cross-sell bank products and services including deposits and treasury management.
• Provide product expertise and sales support to business banking teams.
