Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial banking, business banking, treasury management, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with treasury management platforms and products, including online banking and fraud tools.
• Strong understanding of commercial deposit products and commercial payment systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical systems clearly.
• Relationship-first mindset: patient, consultative, and building trust with clients.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with documentation, controls, and compliance focus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to travel locally 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of business, commercial banking, and non-profile organization clients.
• Earn a reputation as a knowledgeable advisor so clients turn to you first with questions or new business needs.
• Coordinate with lending, operations, fraud, and compliance colleagues for a consistent client experience.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through additional services or referrals.
• Guide clients through onboarding and ongoing use of business online banking and treasury services.
