Job summary

U.S. Bank in San Diego is seeking a dynamic business banking professional to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses.

You will deepen existing relationships, pursue new opportunities through outbound prospecting and branch collaboration, and support account openings and servicing. The role requires daily on-site work and driving as needed, with a focus on achieving revenue targets through proactive relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Deepen existing customer relationships and develop new opportunities through business development activities and outbound calls.
• Handle account openings, product recommendations, and servicing for customers in the segment.
• Collaborate with branch partners, centers of influence, and other business line partners; refer clients to Business Banking as needed.
• Work from a U.S. Bank location five days per week and drive as required.
