Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Banking professional in Ohio to provide tailored financial solutions for small businesses with $500K–$2.5M annual revenue.

You will strengthen existing relationships and actively pursue new ones through targeted business development, blending digital tools with strong personal connections. The role requires outside prospecting, meeting revenue targets, and collaboration with branch partners and centers of influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and financial solutions to small businesses.
• Develop new relationship opportunities through business development activities.
• Combine digital tools with personal connections to serve business customers and refer clients to Business Banking as needed.
• Outside prospecting to grow revenue and achieve targets.
• Open accounts and service customer needs; refer clients to Business Banking and other units.
• Collaborate with branch partners and centers of influence to deepen relationships.
