U.S. Bank in the Cincinnati area is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M.

You will build and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through across deposits, lending, treasury management, and digital tools, while collaborating with branch teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• NMLS licensing under SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z; ongoing compliance with registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches.
• Identify client priorities and provide financial solutions for growth, efficiency, and risk management.
• Build and deepen client relationships via proactive outreach and structured discovery.
