Job summary

U.S. Bank in the Cincinnati area seeks a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues up to $2.5 million.

You will engage in proactive outreach, discovery, and tailored financing, cash-flow, and treasury solutions across multiple locations. Responsibilities include expanding relationships, coordinating with branch teams and centers of influence, and maintaining CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z, plus ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M
• Develop and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through
