Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically a bachelors degree or equivalent work experience and three to four years of experience in relationship banking.
• NMLS registration is required under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, sales, customer service and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new small business clients and deepen existing relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand each clients business, goals, needs, credit profile, and growth opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for small business clients and recommend loans, deposits, cash management, and other core banking products.
• Design and structure financial solutions aligned to client objectives and credit standards.
• Manage portfolio performance and credit quality by monitoring market trends and risk indicators.
• Partner with underwriting, portfolio management, and internal teams to support reporting and client outcomes.
• Address client concerns and coordinate across business lines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Build relationships in the community and identify business development opportunities.
