The role requires outside prospecting, driving growth, and collaborating with branch partners and business lines. Five days on-site at a U.S. Bank location are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses.
• Deepen existing customer relationships through routine calling.
• Develop new relationship opportunities through business development activities.
• Combine digital tools with human connections to offer solutions.
• Open accounts and identify product solutions for customers.
• Refer clients to Business Banking and other U.S. Bancorp areas.
