Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced professional to deliver exceptional customer service and provide tailored financial solutions to small businesses. You will engage in outside prospecting, develop new relationships and collaborate with branch partners to grow revenue and cross-sell products.

The role requires driving to client sites and working from a U.S. Bank location five days per week. Strong communication and knowledge of banking products are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.
• Knowledge of banking operations, product knowledge, sales, new business development, customer service/relations, and community relations.
• Understanding of cash flow management and business credit underwriting.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service aligned with U.S. Bank Core Values.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with $500K–$2.5M revenue.
• Deepen relationships through routine calling and business development activities.
• Collaborate with branch partners and other lines of business.
• Refer clients to Business Banking and other U.S. Bancorp areas for additional needs.
