The role requires working from a U.S. Bank location five days a week and involves outside prospecting and driving client engagements to deliver value. Prior customer service and sales experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
• Develop relationships through routine calling and business development activities.
• Refer clients to Business Banking and/or other U.S. Bancorp areas for additional needs.
• Travel: two or more hours per week and five days per week at a U.S. Bank location.
