• Lead sales, operations and client service while coaching tellers.
• Support tasks, ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Enforce policies for audit and risk control.
• Engage clients with Banner Way financial conversations.
• Present tailored recommendations and refer to partners when needed.
• Resolve client issues and maintain account knowledge.
• Understand operations, compliance, and security standards.
• Serve as acting manager in absence of Branch Manager.
