Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed speech-language pathologist to provide direct SLP services in a high school setting. This full-time contract runs from late August through May, with an onsite schedule of 9:00 am to 4:40 pm, collaborating with educators and families to support student goals.

You will evaluate progress, develop IEP goals, participate in MDT/IEP meetings, and provide resources for teachers. CCC-SLP and active SLP license required; school-based experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license required.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Prior experience in school-based speech therapy preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Onsite work with high school caseload, 9am–4:40pm, Monday–Friday.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments; maintain accurate records.
• Develop IEP goals and collaborate with educators and families.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning.
• Provide consultation and resources for teachers and staff.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
