Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for an onsite contract in a school-based setting serving students from preschool through post-secondary ages.

Requires a Master's or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology, active licensure, and credentialing. Candidates with SLP-CFY or SLP-CCC are welcomed. This full-time onsite role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and families to support individualized IEPs.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state licensure and active CTC credential.
• Eligibility for SLP-CFY or SLP-CCC welcomed.
• Experience in school-based settings is a plus.
• Onsite work only; no remote arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students' speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to develop IEPs.
• Maintain timely documentation of progress and services.
• Attend meetings and multidisciplinary team sessions as needed.
• Prioritize caseload needs and adapt as assignments are determined.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for growth.
