Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 26/27 school year. This full-time, onsite role partners with teachers, families, and students to support communication needs in a school setting. Ideal candidates hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and state licensure or eligibility.

Prior school-based experience and strong collaboration skills are preferred. You will develop and implement IEPs and document progress.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain.
• Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and maintain detailed documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication needs.
• Create and deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored for each student.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, counselors, and parents.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, ensuring students receive appropriate services.
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Provide support, consultation, and training for school staff as needed.
