Job summary

Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel seeks a Supervisor, Training Slots to lead coaching and development for the Slot Department, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. You will design curricula, deliver training, and monitor progress on the gaming floor and in classrooms.

You will oversee up to 50 slot staff, conduct orientation, and ensure policy compliance while staying current with industry trends and slot systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum one year of experience in Slot Operations is required.
• Minimum one year of experience as a Slot Supervisor or in a leadership role is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements formal training curricula and materials.
• Coaches and mentors Slot Department employees to improve performance.
• Delivers new hire orientation and ongoing training both on the floor and in classrooms.
• Ensures policy and procedure compliance via continuous training.
• Maintains training records and evaluates program effectiveness.
• Stays current with slot machine knowledge and industry trends.
