Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum two years advanced slot technical experience.
- Ability to read schematics and document repairs and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and investigate slot machine issues with vendors and Gaming Commission.
- Maintain machines to keep games operable and reduce downtime on the floor.
- Program setup options and test game accuracy for compliant operation.
- Read and write reports and emails per regulations and policies.
- Train and develop technical staff and assist with department policies.
- Lead conversion projects and coordinate with Slot Performance teams.
- Uphold safety guidelines and proper repair procedures.
