Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Training Specialist in Hotel Administration to lead the design and execution of front-line training. You will coordinate onboarding, health and safety training, and ongoing development across levels of team members.

The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, documentation of training records, and ensuring adherence to guidelines, policies, and standard operating procedures while maintaining exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum two (2) years of Casino or Hotel Hospitality experience.
Minimum two (2) years of training experience preferred.
Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above.

Responsibilities

Develops, coordinates, and conducts effective training programs for team members using industry best practices.
Facilitates learning via classes, workshops, hands-on coaching, and mentoring.
Tracks training attendance, satisfaction, effectiveness, and records.
Maintains and updates training manuals, checklists, and visual aids.
Assists with new hire orientation and confirms job proficiency.
