Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel in Highland, CA, seeks a Supervisor, Slot Performance to oversee data analytics, reporting, and project execution for gaming machines. You will lead Slot Project Coordinators and Analysts, coordinate new installations with stakeholders and vendors, audit slot records, and maintain accurate data across reporting

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum - three (3) years of experience in slot operations required.
• Minimum - two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Slot Project Coordinators and conduct weekly project meetings with Technical and Performance teams.
• Coordinate new installations with stakeholders, vendors and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure accurate records of slot fees, audits of file indexes, and performance reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of slot accounting, player tracking, ticket validation, and analytics systems.
• Plan gaming floor changes using CAD and obtain approvals from Fire and Surveillance.
• Ensure compliance with Gaming Commission regulations and revoke unauthorized software when needed.
• Assist in planning floor expansion, system upgrades, and address deficiencies to restore status quo.
• Perform other duties to support department operations.
