Responsibilities

Works with Vendors and Gaming Commission to install, repair, and investigate machine issues; troubleshoots to restore equipment.
Keeps gaming machines operating; general and advanced maintenance and diagnostics.
Programs game setup options and tests for accuracy to meet configured levels.
Reads/writes reports and emails per Gaming Commission regulations; documents tasks with minimal supervision.
Trains staff; assists with policy development and scheduling; supports slot department operations.
