Job summary

Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel seeks a Supervisor, Slot Performance to oversee analytics, reporting, and project execution for gaming machines. You will lead coordinators, coordinate with vendors and regulators, and drive performance improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) with at least three years in slot operations and strong data skills. CAD planning and reporting system proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or related field required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum three years in slot operations with leadership exposure.
• Experience with data reporting and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Slot Project Coordinators and run weekly project meetings.
• Coordinate installations with stakeholders and regulators.
• Ensure accuracy of slot activity reporting and data analysis systems.
• Plan gaming floor changes and submit CAD plans for approval.
