Job summary

San Manuel is seeking a Training Supervisor for the Highland, CA location to lead ongoing coaching, development, and instruction for Slot Department employees. You will design and implement training curricula, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to policies while delivering exceptional customer service across back-of-house and gaming floor operations.

You will conduct new-employee orientations, monitor proficiency, and stay current with slot-machine processes and enterprise policy updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
• Minimum one year experience in Slot Operations required.
• Minimum one year experience as a Slot Supervisor or in a comparable slot operations leadership role required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned zone(s) of gaming machines with staffing up to 50 employees.
• Creates and implements formalized training curriculum and materials.
• Conducts new employee orientation including on-the-job and classroom training.
• Ensures policy and procedure compliance via ongoing training for all Slot Department employees.
• Delegates duties and coordinates projects to meet deadlines; communicates updates to Slot management.
• Maintains knowledge of slot machines and slot systems; applies knowledge to ensure peak performance.
• Attends seminars to stay current with industry trends and training ideas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
