Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Slot Technician to provide quality guest service, respond to technical calls, and maintain clean gaming floors. The role includes training new and current team members and ensuring smooth operation of slot machines across designated sections.

The candidate will troubleshoot, replace, or repair components, assist with escalated repairs, and keep up-to-date with repair techniques and products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year troubleshooting experience.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
• Proficiency with computers and electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service and respond to guest requests in a timely, respectful manner.
• Roam assigned sections, monitor machines, and report incidents.
• Troubleshoot and repair slot machines and related components (touch screens, bill acceptors, etc.).
• Train new Slot Technicians and Slot Attendants as designated.
