Job summary

Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula, CA is seeking a Slot Technician to provide technical and service assistance on the slot floor, ensuring adherence to SOPs and gaming regulations. You will support the Slot Operations team, perform repairs, and help maintain machine functionality across all brands operated on site.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in slot repair or related technical fields, with a high school diploma or GED; obtaining a Class A gaming license and completing required

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; college/technical certificate is a strong plus.
At least 1 year experience in slot repair or related technical background.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service to Pechanga’s visitors and guests.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Make repairs, replace parts and perform machine maintenance functions.
Understand and comply with all PR&C, state and federal rules and regulations.
Quickly learn, and remain current, with all technical aspects of machine maintenance for all manufacturers operated at PR&C.
Demonstrate an aptitude for basic math, electrical, mechanical and personal computer skills.
Ability to work efficiently, accurately and quickly in a multi-tasking environment.
Meet all other job responsibilities as assigned by PR&C slot management.
