Job summary

Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula, CA is seeking a Slot Technician to provide technical and service support on the slot floor, ensuring maintenance and repair of slot machines in compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements.

You will work under the Slot Operations team, perform repairs, parts replacement, and machine maintenance, and continuously update your knowledge of manufacturer equipment while delivering courteous guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical training is a strong plus.
• At least 1 year experience in slot repair or related technical background.
• Ability to read safety guidelines, manuals and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic micro-computer skills (word processing, calendar, email, Windows, spreadsheets).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service on Pechanga’s slot floor.
• Make repairs, replace parts and perform machine maintenance functions.
• Understand and comply with PR&C, state and federal rules.
• Learn and stay current with all technical aspects of machine maintenance for all manufacturers at PR&C.
• Demonstrate aptitude for math, electrical, mechanical and PC skills.
• Work efficiently, accurately and quickly in a multi-tasking environment.
• Meet other responsibilities as assigned by slot management.
