Job summary

Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula, CA is seeking a Slot Technician to provide technical and guest service on the slot floor. You will follow SOPs, assist the Slot Operations team, and ensure compliance with all state, federal and Gaming Commission requirements.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of slot repair or related technical experience. You must read manuals, communicate clearly, and be able to work varied shifts in a noisy casino environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; technical certification is a plus.
At least 1 year experience in slot repair or related technical background.
Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, manuals and procedures.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional Guest Service to Pechanga’s visitors and guests.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Make repairs, replace parts and perform machine maintenance functions
Understand and comply with all PR&C, state and federal rules and regulations.
Quickly learn, and remain current, with all technical aspects of machine maintenance for all manufactures operated at PR&C.
Demonstrate an aptitude for basic math, electrical, mechanical and personal computer skills.
Ability to work efficiently, accurately and quickly in a multi-tasking environment.
To meet all other job responsibilities as assigned by PR&C slot management.
