Job summary

Pechanga Resort & Casino is seeking a Slot Technician to provide technical and service support on the slot floor, ensuring maintenance and repairs comply with all SOPs and gaming regulations. You will assist the Slot Operations team to achieve their goals while delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities include performing repairs, replacing parts, maintaining machines, and staying current with manufacturer guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical training is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in slot repair or related technical background.
• Ability to read and interpret safety manuals and maintenance instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic micro-computer skills (word processing, email, Windows, spreadsheets).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to Pechanga’s visitors and guests.
• Make repairs, replace parts and perform machine maintenance functions.
• Understand and comply with PR&C, state and federal rules and regulations.
• Keep current on technical aspects of machines operated at PR&C.
• Demonstrate aptitude for basic math, electrical, mechanical and PC skills.
• Work efficiently, accurately, and quickly in a multi-tasking environment.
• Follow directions from PR&C slot management.
