Job summary

Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula, CA is seeking Slot Technicians to provide technical and service support on the slot floor, adhering to SOP and gaming commission rules. You will assist the Slot Operations team to meet departmental goals and ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

The role requires reading and following maintenance manuals, communicating clearly, and learning machine details for multiple manufacturers.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; college/technical school certificate is a plus.
At least 1 year experience in slot repair or related technical background.
Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, manuals, and maintenance instructions; ability to write routine reports and speak to groups.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service on the slot floor.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Make repairs, replace parts and perform machine maintenance.
Follow PR&C, state and federal rules and regulations.
Learn and stay current with technical aspects of machines from all manufacturers operated at PR&C slot operations.
Possess basic math, electrical, mechanical and PC skills.
Work efficiently in a multi-tasking environment.
Meet other duties as assigned by PR&C slot management.
