Granite State Gaming & Hospitality, LLC in Rochester, NH, seeks an IT Support professional to keep gaming floor technology and network infrastructure running smoothly. You’ll install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software critical to operations on the casino floor.

2+ years in IT support, solid networking and PC skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities will help you succeed in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, move, retire, and troubleshoot HHR Electronic Gaming Machines
• Set up and maintain Casino Management System (CMS) data and tools
• Support and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points, wiring)
• Install and support PCs, ticket redemption and ATM machines
• Maintain A/V equipment, TVs, sound systems, and media players
• Ensure functionality of security systems (surveillance, access control)
• Work with vendors and ensure regulatory compliance
• Document network layouts and configurations

What You'll Expect

You’ll support the technology behind the casino floor — from gaming machines to network infrastructure. You’ll ensure all EGM (electronic gaming machines, slot machines), HHR (Historical Horse Racing) machines, POS systems, surveillance, and other tech systems run smoothly, while working closely with vendors and internal teams.
