Job summary

Granite State Gaming & Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Cage Cashier to safeguard company assets, handle cash and chips accurately, and ensure all transactions meet regulatory and company standards. You’ll deliver friendly, efficient service to guests while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior gaming or banking experience preferred, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Balance assigned bank drawers and maintain accurate records.
• Exchange chips, cash, and vouchers for guests in a timely, courteous manner.
• Process jackpots, table fills, credits, and credit card/EFTPOS advances.
• Maintain custody of coin, currency, checks, and all cage transaction records.
• Assist with clearing and resetting HHR machines.
• Ensure compliance with Title 31, including preparing CTRs and MTLs.
• Support other cashiers and assist the Cage Shift Manager as needed.
• Perform all vault functions and balance chip bank inventory.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

What We Require

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license
• Must be able to work in a noisy, smoky environment with some exposure to temperature extremes
• Physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs and perform repetitive cash handling tasks
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
