Job summary

Granite State Gaming & Hospitality, LLC in New Hampshire is seeking a Cage Cashier to safeguard company assets, handle cash and chips accurately, and deliver friendly, confidential service to guests.

You will balance drawers, exchange cash, process jackpots, and maintain records while complying with Title 31 and internal standards. A prior gaming or banking background is preferred, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous gaming or banking experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Balance assigned bank drawers and maintain accurate records.
• Exchange chips, cash, and vouchers for guests in a timely, courteous manner.
• Process jackpots, table fills, credits, and credit card/EFTPOS advances.
• Maintain custody of coin, currency, checks, and all cage transaction records.
• Assist with clearing and resetting HHR machines.
• Ensure compliance with Title 31, including preparing CTRs and MTLs.
• Support other cashiers and assist the Cage Shift Manager as needed.
• Perform all vault functions and balance chip bank inventory.

What You'll Expect

What We Require

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license
• Must be able to work in a noisy, smoky environment with some exposure to temperature extremes
• Physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs and perform repetitive cash handling tasks
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
