Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent with 3–5 years in slot operations or casino operations.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory capacity; college degree preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses / certifications per gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to choose Hard Rock for gaming entertainment and provides guest service leadership.
• Establishes relationships with guests focusing on loyalty and profitability of player segments.
• Hires, trains, evaluates and motivates staff; monitors floor coverage and labor margins.
• Assists in budgeting and objectives to achieve maximum department revenues.
• Provides information to senior management on market strategies and guest service issues.
• Oversees all aspects of Slot guest service; collaborates with Security, Surveillance, VIP Services, and Cashiers.
• Monitors slot products and equipment, ensuring excitement and proper floor design to meet goals.
• Verifies jackpot payouts above $199,999.99 and signs cashier checks for payouts.
