Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead and train Security Ambassadors on a shift, ensuring a safe gaming environment for guests and employees.

You will supervise daily activities, uphold Ohio Casino Control Commission rules and company policies, document incidents, and coordinate with law enforcement as needed. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate Security Ambassadors on shift.
• Train and coach ambassadors; enforce policies and regulations.
• Maintain safety and security of guests, employees and property.
• Monitor compliance with Ohio Casino Control Commission rules.
• Investigate disturbances and incidents.
• Prepare incident reports and manage access exclusions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when needed.
• Ensure excellent service and customer experience.
• Direct and supervise daily security operations.
• Maintain employee files and performance records.
