Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel seeks a Supervisor, Slot Performance to oversee analytics, reporting, and project execution for gaming machines. You will lead coordinators, coordinate with vendors and regulators, and drive performance improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
The role requires an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) with at least three years in slot operations and strong data skills. CAD planning and reporting system proficiency are expected.
Under the direction of the Manager, Slot Performance, the Supervisor, Slot Performance oversees slot performance data, analytics, and project execution while staying current on market trends and new products. Works closely with the Manager and Director of Slot Performance to coordinate and implement gaming machine changes, conversions, and installations to maximize machine profitability and ensure compliance with all gaming regulations. The Supervisor, Slot Performance is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of slot activity reporting and overseeing the work of Slot Performance Analysts and Slot Project Coordinators to ensure projects are effectively planned and executed.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving issues. Supervises Slot Project Coordinator and Slot Performance Analyst positions.
Associate’s degree in business or related field required. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. Minimum - three (3) years of experience in slot operations required. Minimum - two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point essential. Must have demonstrated ability exercising utmost discretion with confidential information including, but not limited to: confidential information related to customers, as well as company financial data.
At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission, you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license. Driving Responsibilities: Role requires regular commuting between locations. A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance with minimum liability limits is required. Role will not operate or drive Tribe-owned vehicles or patron vehicles.

Primary work environment is in a climate-controlled office and gaming facility. Work requires travel to attend meetings, trade shows, and conferences. Physical activities that apply to the essential functions of the position are balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. Hearing sufficient to hear conversational levels in person, via videoconference and over the telephone. Speech sufficient to make oneself heard and understood in person, in front of groups, in meetings, via videoconference and over the telephone. Visual acuity that meets the requirements of the position: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading and visual inspection of employees, visitors or facility. Mobility sufficient to safely move in an office environment, walk, stoop, bend and kneel, and enter, exit and operate a motor vehicle in the course of travel to promotional events, meetings, conferences, trade shows and San Manuel properties. Endurance sufficient to sit, walk and stand for extended periods, and maintain efficiency throughout the entire work shift and during extended work hours.
