Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City seeks a Slot Floor Supervisor to support Slot management in all aspects of Slot Operations. You will monitor jackpot activity, supervise attendants, and ensure flawless customer service.

You will train and evaluate staff, handle complaints, coordinate with cashiering, security, and gaming officials, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations. A KEY license is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

High School diploma or Equivalent preferred.
At least 1 year of Slot Attendant or Slot Technician experience, or 1 year of casino experience with prior slot floor supervisor exposure.
Must have a KEY license or be able to obtain one.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily jackpot and machine malfunctions transactions for accuracy and response time.
Supervise Slot attendants on assigned shift within assigned section.
Assist in training, counseling, scheduling and evaluating Slot attendants.
Handle employee and customer complaints and disputes.
Promotes positive customer service, safety, security and creates a friendly atmosphere.
Ensures compliance with all gaming regulations and coordinates with other staff on payouts.
