Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking a Slot Floor Supervisor to oversee slot operations on a busy gaming floor and ensure high standards of guest service and compliance. You will supervise slot attendants, assist in training, manage shift activities, and coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate payouts and smooth operation in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of Slot Attendant or Slot Technician experience preferred, or casino experience with prior Slot Floor Supervisor exposure in a high-volume casino.
• Must have a KEY license or be able to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Supervise slot attendants on assigned shift within the designated section.
• Monitor jackpot and machine malfunctions transactions for accuracy and response time.
• Assist in training, counseling, scheduling and evaluating slot staff.
• Handle employee and customer complaints and disputes, ensuring service quality.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and security protocols.
• Coordinate with cashiering, security and other Hard Rock Hotel & Casino staff on payouts and exchanges.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report operational developments.
