Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a Slot Supervisor who will oversee the Electronic Gaming Devices operation on the slot floor, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with Illinois Gaming Regulations. You will train and supervise Slot Department staff, manage performance, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a high-energy guest experience while maintaining strict policy adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior slot or gaming industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Commission.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Electronic Gaming Devices (EGD) operation during assigned shift.
• Ensure all staff comply with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Train, develop, counsel, and discipline staff within assigned parameters.
• Manage subordinates in the Slot Department and direct the unit.
• Adhere to Illinois Gaming Regulations and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
