Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford seeks a Slot Supervisor to oversee electronic gaming device operations and staff on the slot floor. You will train and supervise team members, enforce policies, and ensure exceptional guest service within regulatory requirements.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of supervisory experience, with prior slot/gaming industry background strongly preferred. Licensing and background checks are required, and flexibility for holidays and weekends is

Qualifications

Prior slot experience and gaming industry background strongly preferred.
Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per federal, state, and Illinois Gaming Commission; background check required.

Responsibilities

General responsibility for assigned area of Electronic Gaming Devices (EGD) operation during shift.
Train, develop, counsel, and discipline employees within parameters; manage subordinates in Slot Department.
Direct, coordinate, and evaluate the unit; ensure compliance with policies and Illinois Gaming Regulations.
Address guest and employee issues, supervise scheduling, and monitor cash handling on the slot floor.
