Job summary

Seminole Gaming is seeking a Slot Operations Supervisor in Atlantic City, NJ. You will assist management in all phases of slot operations, supervise attendants, and promote exceptional customer service while maintaining security and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, handling disputes, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth jackpot payouts and accurate cash handling. A KEY license is required or must be obtained.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year of Slot Attendant or Slot Technician experience preferred; casino experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
• Must have a KEY license or be able to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Monitor jackpot and machine malfunctions transactions for accuracy and speed.
• Supervise slot attendants on the assigned shift and section.
• Assist in training, counseling, scheduling and evaluating slot attendants.
• Handle employee and customer disputes and ensure positive service.
• Coordinate with cashiers, security and other staff for jackpot payouts and exchanges.
• Monitor IRS currency transaction reporting requirements.
• Safeguard casino assets and ensure security and integrity.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and report developments to management.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and participate in special events.
