Bally’s Corporation is seeking a mid-senior level supervisor for our casino operations in Stafford/Forked River, NJ. The role focuses on managing slot player relationships, addressing escalated issues, and ensuring accurate handling of hand-paid jackpots in a compliance-driven environment.

The position is full-time and based on-site in New Jersey, with duties spanning coordination with Security and other departments to uphold standards and protect JP winners.

Responsibilities

• As supervisor, develops rapport with slot players and resolves escalated customer concerns.
• Observes, supervises, and countersigns hand-paid jackpots when required.
• Access NJ Family Services Taxpayer database to scan for delinquent JP winners.
• Coordinates with Security and related departments to ensure compliance.
