Job summary

Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City, NJ is seeking a Slot Supervisor to organize, coordinate and define activities related to personnel, customer relations, gaming equipment and daily administrative duties for the assigned shift.

You will extend complimentary services to players, resolve customer issues, and ensure compliance with NJ regulatory requirements while maintaining gaming integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Two years of Slot Operations experience required with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee slot operations and ensure compliance with state and company policies.
• Issue checks for hand pay jackpots and verify transactions per guidelines.
• Circulate area, coach team members and identify training needs.
• Enhance guest experience by explaining card functionality and club benefits.
• Maintain integrity of all gaming activity and asset access controls.
