• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or two years of casino experience and at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Minimum two years gaming/casino experience (can be concurrent with leadership experience).
• Game performance experience desirable.
• Knowledge of casino rules, regulations and procedures.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Slot Attendants and oversee shift operations for efficiency and customer service.
• Monitor activities in slot areas for irregularities and ensure legitimate play.
• Assign staff to casino areas, schedule and monitor breaks for proper coverage and service.
• Oversee payouts to ensure correct amounts are paid to customers.
• Act as signatory on jackpots per Internal Control Manual.
• Enforce all policies on money, parts, equipment and required documentation.
• Communicate clearly across shifts to provide timely information.
• Maintain professional appearance and adherence to standards.
