Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of two (2) years of gaming experience with a focus on slots (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise slot department personnel during assigned shift.
• Ensure security and accountability of slot funds.
• Review and evaluate personnel and ensure policy compliance with regulations.
• Respond to and resolve customer disputes/complaints.
• Complete department forms and records for jackpots, cash transactions, and machine issues.
• Prepare and implement work schedules based on business demands.
• Maintain secure key controls at all times.
• Develop rapport with customers and employees; communicate via two-way radio.
• Other duties as assigned.
